Jan 23, 2009. #1. hi, my gp has just had its steering column replaced for the second time in a year (thankfully still under warranty). It has faild for 'sliding' when driving, changing torque, play in the steering and in the case of the first replacement rattling too. At no time have I had any warning lights appear!

Could be either a) clogged air filter b) clogged turbo hose. get the hose checked and also the turbine boost.I have easily done speeds in excess of what you have written with relative ease in my 75 bhp punto.
